Initiative: Burgess has been taking the initiative on building his leave accruals by working the holidays.

Flexibility/Adaptability: Burgess continues to provide essential weekend and holiday coverage for the Error Resolution Terminal (ERT) and the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) Error Report (AER) on a rotating basis as required for essential personnel. He provides assistance with pulling Master Fingerprint Cards.

Confidentiality and Protected Information: Burgess adheres to applicable laws/statues/policies related to the maintenance and dissemination of confidential information in accordance with the DPS policy Chapter Five: Doctrines, Policies and Operating Procedures; 05.75.00: Confidentiality to effectively perform his duties in the Criminal History Record Information Processing (CHRIP) Bureau.

Productivity: The average expectations set for the Unit: Expunctions 15-20/day, Non Disclosures 4-6/hr, Simple Corrections 15-25/hr, FBI corrections 6-12/hr, Front End Scanning (FES) applicant entries 21-30/hr, Front End Scanning (FES) arrest entries 19-25/hr, Identification Only (IDO) master entries 21-28/hr, IDO cards pulls 9-11/hr, Query (QN) National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) queries 50-74/hr, Dispositions 19-25/hr, Driver License (DL) Discrepancy Report 40-75/hr and Misraps 21-30/hr. These goals must be met and maintained for all task throughout the year.

Burgess met and/or exceeded the average performance expectations set for the Unit for: IDO pulling 16/hr, DL Discrepancy Report 38/hr and QN's
