Flexibility/Adaptability: Burgess continues to provide essential weekend and holiday coverage for the Error Resolution Terminal (ERT) and the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) Error Report (AER) on a rotating basis as required for essential personnel. Burgess received counsels on February 13, 2017, and February 24, 2017, for Violation of Chapter 6 of the General Manual, Professional Conduct Policy- Ten General Orders: "to know and obey orders and instructions at all times". Burgess failed to accurately reflect his production for the entire duration of his shift therefore, submission of his Weekly Total Forms provided inaccurate and incomplete information.
Goals: No new goals have been established. Burgess is retiring from the Department effective April 28, 2017.

These goals must be met and maintained for all task throughout the year.
