ANTI- PDA BILL
SYNOPSIS:
The proposers of this bill have studied different aspects about the very common practice of the youth couples in this day and age which is the Public Display of Affection or what they call the PDA. Indeed a person may feel different things whenever he witnesses such an act. The very possible effect is that he may be entertained or annoyed and insulted on the other hand. He also might find it vulgar enough seeing couples share unsuitable intimacy in awfully public places. Truly PDA provides many effects on the onlookers around.
The Filipino people are known around the world for their positive characters they bring wherever they go. That is why they are liked, praised, and admired by different races. However, knowing that the world is turning into so much indecencies and liberation, there is no doubt that every of the Filipino peoples’ much treasured and traditional characters have been vanishing. Much on the concern for Filipino personalities especially on the youth, and also protecting those bystanders on the possible effects of PDA, it is decided that this bill—the Anti- PDA Bill could probably be a big help and solution to the current misdemeanour of the youth.

PDA – Public Display of Affection is one kind of misbehaviour of couples such as their intimacy in an improper place which is the public place. We consider a place public if it constitutes a variety of people or a community unrestricted and open to their surroundings. Meaning, the laypeople is in a certain environment where he is aware of the things happening around it. Furthermore, a public place is a set where people interact with one another.
