1 “Whoever transports in interstate or foreign commerce a motor vehicle or aircraft, knowing the same to have been stolen, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both…”
The constituition does congress the right to pass this law. In article 1, section 8, it says congress has the power to “To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations”. This law refers to taking a stolen aircraft or vehicle through the interstate or foreign commerce, which congress regulates, and it is also a felony because it is an offense against the law of nations and it is an air piracy.

2 “Every person who has made any contract or engaged in any combination or conspiracy hereby declared to be illegal shall be deemed guilty of a felony…”
Congress does not have the power to pass that law. In article 1, section 9, it says that Congress cannot create a law that will punish a person without a trial. This law refers to any crime, even if it is a conspiracy, everyone has the right to go to trial.

3 “Copyright protection subsists, in accordance with this title, in original works of authorship fixed in any tangible medium of expression, now known or later developed, from which they can be perceived, reproduced, or otherwise communicated, either directly or with the aid of a machine or device…”
Congress does have th riht to pass this law. In article 1, section 8, it says that Congress can issue copyrights and patents. This law refers to nay original work and the fact that it can’t be copyrighted if congress says so.

4 "A person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose his nationality by voluntarily performing any of the following acts with the intention of relinquishing United States nationality - (1) obtaining naturalization in a foreign state upon his own application or upon an application filed by a duly authorized agent, after having attained the age of eighteen years; or (2) taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after having attained the age of eighteen years; or (3) entering, or serving in, the armed forces of a foreign state if (A) such armed forces are engaged in hostilities against the United States, or (B) such persons serve as a commissioned or non-commissioned officer…”
Congress does have the right to pass this law. Article 1, section 8 says that Congress can create laws concerning citizenship. This refers to anyone who is purposely alleging with another country and forgetting his duty as a current citizen in america, and insteady is joining the army of another country.
