Apartments vs. Houses

Shelter is an essential part of living that every human requires. Many people throughout the world reside in some form of refuge to protect themselves against the environment. In a functional society many people look forward to owning their first apartment or house. Moving to a different setting and establishing roots in a new domicile sways many people view of life toward aspect.
For many people their first place of residence is an apartment. Apartments are connected structures within a confined environment with a heavy influx of young and old people. Apartments intends on be a small and compacted living arrangement of no more than three rooms. It provides the basic necessities of comfort such as a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Some apartments come furnished,with washers, dryers, storage areas and provide balconies. Apartments are only one floor of living space but there are options of residing upstairs or downstairs. Noise can be a considerable problem , a person can have neighbors living above you, below you, or both creating a noisy proposition. Apartments are rented out by people deemed landlords on private reservations and management companies assisted by leasing personnel. These superintendents provide invaluable maintenance services to damage items on the premises of these apartment complex. They also handle pest control fees, ensure lawn maintenance that you do not have to do yourself.
Once a person becomes and tenet within this segregated community they are allotted different amenities that houses do not provide such as a community swimming pool, laundry mats, playgrounds and workout centers. Parking situations can be a daily hassle with assigned parking or parking in a public environment which depends on how many cars you have. This creates heavy foot traffic to and from your place of rest increasing the potential for nefarious activity. Trash bins are communal which causes an undesired mess and repugent smells throughout a complex. Apartments also comes with a heavy set of rules such as but not limited to no pets, carpet damage and renovations to an apartment. If these rules are no followed it can cause eviction. Disadvantage of an apartment is that a person can be asked to leave anytime with short term agreements and there is no tax benefits or share in real estate profits. Most of the things mention are not all but are common aspects of living in an apartment but provide a stark contrast to residing in a house.
Moving to a house can provide to the same inspiration as an apartment because it place that you personally make you own. A house can be owned, leading some people to considered it as an investment with an increase or a decrease in value creating housing equity. A house are more spacious compared to an apartment and are most likely an unattached building with some sort of front yard and backyard. They can be considerable bigger than an apartment, in fact houses are established on a plot of designated land allowing that one the ability to alter anything on that property. Houses provides less noise and is better suited for establishing family roots by passing down your house to family members or childern. The community can establish more camaraderie among neighbors because it a lot less influx of people. A house allows for excellent parking, personal barbecues, bigger family functions, renovations, and less foot traffic.
Some houses are within a gated community in which you have to a pay a "Home Owners Association" fee called H.O.A. H.O.A. is a group of builders and investors that determines the statues of how the community thrives by setting a list of rules that if not followed a person can be fined. Houses come with more billing features unbeknown to many apartment residents such as higher utilities bills, water bill, trash bill, property tax, home warranty, and home protection. Also with houses people must provide their own appliances such as washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave. In this day and age we have an unfathomable amount of foreclosures,causes some homeowners to deal with squatters in their homes or neighborhood. Squatters are families of vagrants who decides to break into homes and live there without paying any bills. They destroy the poverty and invite an unfamiliar element a community without suffering the consequences of criminal or legal action.
Overall apartments and houses are the same in regards to the shelter it provides to families. They both provide protection from elements such as rain, wind, sun, and snow. They instill a sense of refuge and security for one's self and family. Both places provide storage for provisions and personal effects. They allow for a central location to convene without the provocation of social society. Most importantly it provides people with a sense of worth and belonging in the time that life provide us.
