Alabama Rules of Appellate Procedure 4(a), as the trial court's order granting the appellee's Motion for Summary
Judgment is immediately appealable. Summary judgment was granted on May 26, 2006. Appellant Barbara Morrison timely filed her appeal on June 16, 2006 within forty-two (42) days of trial court' s order.
