These complaints have exclaimed that Apple, Inc. stores are only available in major cities. Customers are complaining of the long travel, inconvenience, and scarcity of the Apple stores in America. Many complaints have stated that the travel to Apple stores are too long, the wait once the customer arrives is too long, and the price is extremely high to repair the product once it is finally their turn. Our Research and Development department has taken note of the complaints forwarded to us from the Human Resource department. I, as the Vice-President of R&D, has decided to do the research necessary in order to solve this problem. The obvious solution to this problem would be to expand our stores to cities that we have not been established in as of yet. The first site I investigated to establish our store was located in Lakeland, FL. This site was a possible location for our expansion
