Being a dignity champion, I always ensure that service users are treated fairly and equally irrespective of their ethnicity, gender, sexual preference and religion by adopting a non-judgemental approach. Protection of their dignity is also not to be an extra as these are their basic human rights.
My attention to details and positive approach has proven effective in dealing with conflicts and my courage has been pivotal in managing situations that are challenging at work without escalating it.
The experience and motivations that I have gathered throughout these years made me want to study to become a mental health nurse as I already know what is expected of me as a nurse. I believe that my organisational skills, ability to work on own initiative, ability to make non-judgemental decisions and ability to stay strong emotionally in time of difficulties would be crucial for my training and
