Archetype In Mythology

There are many factors that impact our understanding of myths, legends, fairy tales and all literature. It can be applied to an image, theme, symbol, character, a plot, and an idea. Furthermore, it can be expressed in myths, dreams, literature, religions, fantasies, and folklore. Archetype helps bring beliefs, emotions, and action into the literature which helps us to understand the concept in a different perspective. Referring back to the archetypes theory, I learned that there were universal patterns in all stories that are endlessly repeated throughout literature. Overall, this theory helps us to identify the specifics elements that complete the literature, and help enhance the story by drawing deeper connections.
