Are The Amendments Achieve Equality?

Has this Society really achieved equality as the amendments wanted ? Yes in some ways this society has achieved equality , the amendments have helped us in many ways to achieve.All the amendments give american people rights to be free and be ourselves , Not just one amendment , all of them help fight for everyone's rights. The amendments give the people rights to be free to be whoever anyone wants to be , however Many people abuse their rights and judge other people for being themselves.The Amendments give americans the right to be ourselves and to be free , and with all this society can achieve equality. It is possible to achieve equality because you have freedom of Expression and speech and you can be free and not be judged for who you are.The first amendment says that you have freedom of expression , speech and religion etc.This
If this world had been Opposite , white people could have been slaves , and black people would be superior ? Everyone is human and color nor ethnicity nor your sexuality should matter.Why have a right for someone because their color . Their color shouldn't matter the only thing that should matter is the characteristics of a person. Everyone should be free and equal it shouldn't matter about their skin color. Everyone has the right of expression , which means they can judge people for who they are . Aren't the amendments put to let everyone be who they are and not be judged. People will judge you no matter what. This world in ways can't be equal.People commit suicide because they are being judged , because the first amendment says that we have the right to express ourselves in the way we want too. It can be possible to achieve equality however This society will never be equal because of people abusing their rights and using the Amendments for all the wrong
