Should U.S.A end military operations overseas? I believe they should not end overseas operations. Overseas operation play an important role regarding the safety of American citizens. The United States have different kinds of military branches, which three I’m discussing in my paragraph, to ensure the safety, not only for U.S citizens but for overseas safety as well. The three branches I would like to discuss, and the roles they play in operations overseas are the Army, Navy, and Air force.
The United States army play a great role in overseas operation. There are many countries with army bases. Germany, South Korea, Italy and Iran just to name a few. The Army base in Germany is for long term stability, reconstruction and eventually reunification after world war2. South Korea military base maintain peace and stability in religion. Over all the military bases roles are to protect and help those in need. Secondly, The United States Navy also play a great deal in operations overseas. The navy provide sea patrol. If there are any invasion by sea, the navy is already station. Contrast to the Army bases, the navy have stations overseas. The Navy have stations ranging from Arabian Gulf, Indian sea, and Eastern Mediterranean. The navy is a great defense by air protecting us from overseas predators. Lastly, The United States Air Force have a role in operations overseas. Unlike the Navy and Army branches, having stations or bases, the Air Force provide air support to ground troops and aid in recovering troops. The Air Force also play a big deal in U.S protection, to preserve peace, security and defense. The Air Force deals with a lot of responsibilities and duties. If any country overseas tried to release any nuclear weapons the Air Force will come to our defense.
