Are You Bees Monologue
It’s always been true that people everywhere love to talk. Especially when it’s about other people. Technically, people have no common sense while they’re talking about other people and their mediocre lives and won’t step back look at your own lives and be like “Wow, maybe I shouldn’t talk about be so hostile because I’m not Queen/King of the world.” Even if they think about it just a little, the’re not going to stop because they don’t think it’s going to fire back on them. You know what’s that called? IT’S CALLED KARMA!
I see all of you bees out there! Pollinating. Going from flower to flower taking and spreading that pollen. Then you go back to the beehive buzz and dance about each other. Starting from the embryo, the drones and then the Queen. Most of all y’all not the only ones that are spreading the pollen! There is also those sweet, beautiful and kind flowers…..THAT CAN STAB YOU IN THE BACK ANY MINUTE! OH YES! You see them everywhere sitting there silently waiting for their pollen to be spread so

He/She will show you no mercy what so ever, because of how you behaved. HE/SHE WILL GIVE YOU NO PRAISE FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. They will smite you down without a train of thought going through the back of their head and all they will say is “Eh.” All of you will fall by the dozen without even knowing that you have fallen. Even more so, some of you are still living through the smite you have taken and now you are weak, treading on thin ice, keeping the guilt inside you that is pollen. Some of you bees still trying to dance or buzz along with your life it’s too late. Your hostile actions put you at risk. WHY? Because you didn’t even give a damn who you spread the pollen to. You just spread it just to spread it. Now you look at what happen to your bee colleagues. They gone because they spread pollen and you are next. Karma is coming to get you and he/she is getting

Lily lived her life believing her mother always cared for her and would never leave her. However, when she realized that T. Memories are the piece of our soul who make us who we are. I have chosen to explore the theme ‘Memories and the past can affect the future’. This theme is evident in the novels The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd, Before You by Amber Hart and If I Stay by Gayle Forman. It is also apparent in the film The Time Traveller’s Wife directed by Robert Schwentke.…

“The Birds and the Bees”, If you haven’t given “The talk” you’ve probably received it. I remember my mom bought me The Birds and the Bees book from a yard sale and I was mortified that I was supposed to be reading it. Naturally, I pretended to read the book for a week and then tried to hide it away in my attic. At age 11, I wasn’t exactly and expert at hiding things so it was just thrown onto an open shelf in my attic. Little did I except my 8 year old sister to be going into the attic for any reason; getting up there requires being able to reach the pull hook on the ceiling then climbing up the 45 degree angled ladder. I heard a screech from the attic, I ran up and to find my sister sitting there with a horrified look on her face as if she just witnessed a murder. I have a look of shock on my face while I’m bombarded with questions, “What the heck is this? Why do we have this book? Why is this so graphic? I think I might have gone blind! What is this?”. She never let’s me forget about how much I traumatized her. Talking to kids about the taboo topics of sex, racism, and…
