Executive Summary
This report has been written to prove that the ARFRE project developed by Center of Artificial intelligence is deserved to be funded by the MSC Malaysia grant because of the following main factors of the project mentioned in the report:

- Report clarifies that the project has R&D and systems development work in a significance technology field and would provide company with new knowledge and skills
- Document detailed activities, milestones, resource allocations and timelines (Appendix I).
- Report clearly identifies the competitors and positioning of the project (Appendix II).
- Document the benefits which can be realized through delivery of the above project and the project will add active involvement of Malaysian knowledge workers in the core project elements

Introduction
Report has been developed by the center of artificial intelligence in order to have a financial grant from the Malaysia government to develop augmented reality face recognition which might be used in different sectors in the market.

Background
The company aims to bring all of the capabilities together to share research, knowledge and experience to implement ARFRE. In order to have good chance to get a fund and support, the company done a huge research work to come out with its developed prototype of AFD (Augmented Face Detection). With proven results of highly accurate detection rate of the AFD-V1 and good marketing records, also the company shares its previous
