Health is important.There are many ways to stay healthy.Based on the dialogue between Alex and Kassim,I agree with Kassim.I think the best way to stay healthy is to exercise. People are taking their health very seriously these days.Regular exercise three or four times a week. There are many types of exercise such as jogging and cycling.Gardening also one of the type of exercise that can help our bodies to burn up fat or calories.Exercise also can be the best form of preventive medicine. Many people lead inactive lifestyles involving little physical activity.Therefore,there is a tendency to put on weight or suffer from minor illnesses.It can also help to reduce anxiety and improve mental health.More importantly,exercises are very useful for our body because it can prevent us from being obesity,diabetes,high-blood pressure,stroke and heart attack. Expert agree that adults should do 30 minutes of less virgorous exercise at least three times a week to stay healthy .Younger people should exercise for 30 or 60 minutes if possible.I think exercise is more important as it is good to keep our bodies active.I don’t think that by controlling our diet, we can burn our fat and calories in our body.Most people take their best way to stay healthy is exercise not by controlling diet. Exercise which are less vigorous include brisk waking,cycling ,swimming,gardening ,and climbing stairs. In conclusion,people who do exercise are healthier.However,people who have not exercising regularly should consult a doctor before they start playing games or engaging in an exercise routine.Physical fitness is important for people of all ages and people who exercise regularly look better, feel better,always better and stay healthier.
