I apologize for the late response. I went by the site last night on my way home from Ft Lauderdale. It was about 10:30pm and there were trucks already in the parking area. I’m not sure how effective an officer would be from 3:00am -7am. 11pm-3am might make more sense.…

Helton v Glenn Enterprises is a case in Tennessee involving a hotel and a guest. The guest drove a large rig that hauled a drag racing car. The hotel did not have sufficient parking for Mr. Helton's rig. Close to the hotel was an area where Mr. Helton parked his rig. The area was lined for parking spaces and Mr. Helton observed a bus load of guests getting off of the bus and coming into the hotel. Mr. Helton asked the hotel front desk clerk if it will be all right to park his rig there. The clerk answered in the affirmative even though the hotel did not own the property. What is the best solution to a more successful future? This question is in the minds of many students and parents. In my opinion, I think that attending a public school is a better solution than attending a private school. This choice is affected greatly by the overall performance, capabilities of the student and the financial budget of the parent. There are advantages and disadvantages of both private and public schools.…
The classroom is the home to growth of the future generations. In their seats they expand their knowledge and learn vital information. This information is currently being standardized by Common Core in forty-two states. Common Core is a state standard initiative that aims to “provide clear and consistent learning goals to help prepare students for college, career, and life” (Common Core). This initiative lays out the foundation for education. It plans what students should be able to do at each grade level and what they should be learning. The initiative, which was launched in 2009, has now be effective in most states for nearly six years. Some parents and educators are advocates for Common Core, while some are opposed. In order to take a stance…
New students entering Western Michigan University are allowed to have a car on campus. With every new freshmen class entering each year, parking poses a problem. WMU is already limited in its parking on campus and since freshmen are allowed to have cars, the students are faced with the dilemma of having nowhere to park or parking quite far from their destination. There are parking problems all over the campus, creating backups in residence hall and other lots, resulting in students parking illegally to avoid walking far distances, which can be quite irritating in the bitter cold. Parking closer seems like the rational thing to do, but it is a risk, which can result in hundreds of dollars worth of traffic tickets, or having your car toed away.…
I have received a parking charge notice that I wish to challenge. I had parked on the corner of Stanley road where it meets The Retreat in Grays at approximately 10.45 am. I am a Taxi driver and I was called to pick up an old lady living at the top of Stanley road, I would have parked in the car park opposite but I was told by my taxi firm that I have to help the old lady out of her home as she has a bad hip and had a walking stick. The car park was too far for her to walk to, and the road was too busy for her to cross. I had only been parked at the corner for a few minutes but was issued a ticket. I explained to the traffic warden why…
he term information overload is used to refer to a state of affairs whereby there is a disparity between the volume of information available to a person and the ability of that person to process that information. The inability to process all the available information can lead to dysfunctional consequences. The subject has been the focus of various studies that have focused on information overload in relation to: input overload, sensory overload, cognitive overload, content overload, information fatigue syndrome and the availability of excess information. From an empirical perspective the level of informational overload may be denoted by the volume of information which is available to a person and the ability of that person to process the information which is inherently affected by storage capacity limits and the human brain processing limits. …read more about Is consumer choice threatened by the unchecked nature of information overload on the internet?…
