There are an abundance of reasons why people are led to commit violent actions, but some of these reasons are fallacious. Some of these false reasons include violence in most video games, certain foods, or certain music. Metal music being a cause to hostility is beyond ridiculous. It’s time for the truth to be revealed about this lie that social media and society has implied upon. Metal music can actually raise your implicit feeling and thoughts of yourself. For example, many rap music videos involve “gang bangers” firing at police forces, women exposing sexual or inappropriate contents of their body, and the usage of illegal drugs. Most metal music videos consist of the band members playing their instruments, politics, war, and sometimes explicit content involving internal situations. There are arguments to this fact, such as the act of so called “mosh-pits.” For individuals oblivious to what a “mosh-pit” is, it is a voluntary event made by the crowd in a concert where people spar to the music being played. Most argue that this is the primary lead to violence in metal music fans, but spontaneously people have to realize that this is a voluntary action and happens only if a group of people willingly do this. Also if there is any damage, the people take complete responsibility for their actions. Metal music is just like any other genre of music. It has been supported that metal doesn’t lead to violence, but also improves self images. This nonsense of metal music being a leading cause of hostility is ignorant and deserves to be forgotten in
