In some cases they are, but did you know that women receive less money on pay day than men. How would you feel if your co-worker received $1000 but you only received $770. Both of you have the same job and worked the same amount of hours, but the one difference is you are male and you are female. You think, “Why did I get less.” Women have been proven to work harder, more women go to universities to improve their skill and it is a fact that women have more booksmarts. Women deserve equal pay!
