This is an unfounded argument that is actually a major falsehood. In the National Review, Camorota points out the fact that roughly two-thirds of all Mexican immigrants are high school dropouts, and only about 4 percent have college degrees. In truth they actually hurt the U.S. because the government is forced to take care of them once they enter the country and this puts a huge strain on governmental services. This problem is further exacerbated because illegal immigrants don't pay any taxes so honest, hard working tax payers are forced to foot the bill (Camarota). Many of the illegal immigrants that enter the country already have loved ones that are already legal citizens of the U.S. so they often join with these family members once they cross the boarder. There are many people that would say that it's wrong to keep a family apart and that you can't blame these individual for harboring these illegal immigrants once they enter the country. These pro-illegal immigration advocates believe that it doesn't matter if a person enters the country illegally if they have loved ones in the U.S. It might seem heartless, but I will play the Devils Advocate and say that if it's against the law then it shouldn't be allowed to happen, no matter if they have a loved one already here in the U.S. or
