It has some big reasons behind it. At our parents’ and grandparents’ youth time there wasn’t much competitive games as todays’ as the computers weren’t belonged to most of the people from 1940-1990s. But what about arcade games? It wasn’t everywhere, few percentage of people had arcade game box in that era. Because of it, our elder generations have spent much more time on studies, and life skills than us. Therefore, us the new generation tends to spend many hours on computer games which makes our parents believe the games are to be blamed as struggles we are getting. There are tons of incidents that kids are going crazy because they are getting addicted to the games. Another reason why people can’t accept eSports as regular sports are because person must be seated on chair and make sure their eyes are open for hours which is burden for our body.
