This statement should not even be considered as an argument against women playing rugby because it is a hasty generalization, that has no concrete basis. Nevertheless, people in the middle east never stop trying to enforce that statement on women. They hide behind the statement instead of facing the logical side of the issue, that there is nothing that makes women fragile. Women have been proven to be tough in many situations over history, they have replaced their husbands in everyday roles many times and faced all the “harsh” conditions that their husbands have faced. However, this is not a scientifically proven fact, it has actually been scientifically discredited many times over the years. The same scientific research performed by Brian Dalton, professor of neurophysiology, proved that women had higher stamina than men(Smith, 2017). The study revealed that after a series of exercises men were more worn out than women. This study should serve as proof to those who live in the middle east and are against women participating in contact sports. The study supports the claim that women do not have lower stamina than men, therefore they will be able to complete rugby
