Dear [Recipient Name]:
I am a frequent traveler and have been a loyal customer of your hotel for many years because I appreciate your emphasis on value and excellent service. Yet a recent episode at your hotel has made me question my loyalty.
[Describe your experience. For example: I stayed in your Lilburn, Georgia, hotel, room 203, from Monday, September 1 through Thursday, September 4. Throughout my stay my towels were consistently dirty and the bathroom plumbing was faulty. To make matters worse, one of my neighbors was extremely loud and entertained visitors until 3:00 AM. I complained to the front desk manager and requested another room but was told there were no other rooms available. No one from the hotel spoke to the noisy guest on my behalf. Despite my repeated complaints, it was not until the third day of my stay that the plumbing was fixed and my towels refreshed. Because of the noise, I was unable to sleep comfortably for two nights, and hence, my business meetings were far more stressful than they needed to be.]
I am writing to encourage you to improve your customer service. It is extremely distressing for a loyal, frequent traveler to experience such poor service.
I enjoy staying at your hotel for a number of reasons. Overall the atmosphere makes me feel as comfortable, as if I were at home. I hate having my positive feelings about your hotel ruined by one visit. I hope this problem will be corrected prior to my next visit.
Sincerely,

Secondly, you need to make adjustments among the positions of each department of the hotel. Due to nepotism and the culture of Argentina Suites, the hotel has plenty of problems, such as laid-back individuals, kickbacks, and corruption, which retard the operations. When facing laid-back issues, a warning is sufficient to correct the bad behavior. However, the more severe problems, such as corruption, cause adverse impact on the hotel and cannot be pardoned.…

It is important that customers realise that not all of the reviews may be accurate online and there is no method of preventing people of writing fake reviews – for example the hotel manager, their friends and family may be asked to write positive reviews. This may affect the overall rating of the hotel, which can be misconstrued as having negative reviews. Also, customers have to remember that all reviews are only people’s opinions and that there may be instances where complaints have been made in some situations that others find not to be a problem. This is something that could affect the…

Megaliths are large stones that are surrounded by a circular ditch. The monument is presumably the marking of graveyard and once was accompanied by other monuments. The Neolithic era is known for the uses of new tools and constructive materials such as hardening clays using a flame. Pottery was used to create bowls, food jars, cups, and a variance of other objects. Each culture characterizes art in its own way. Artists perform tasks such as create places for some human purpose, create extraordinary versions of ordinary objects, record and commemorate, give tangible form to the unknown, gives tangible form to feelings and ideas, and refreshes our vision and help us see the world in new ways.
