Artemis Sportswear Proposal
In these weak economic phases, when many corporations are going out of business or right sizing, Artemis Sportswear will have to take steps to increase commerce and revenue in hopes of survival. They must compete against similar enterprises and other sportswear corporations larger and have significant production facilities overseas. Also, they must contend where labor costs are less expensive and increases in profits are happening. Nevertheless, there are still ways that they are looking to cut cost but still increase earnings. To help improve confidence and productivity among employees the company could sponsor social events like office picnics or softball teams and perhaps four-day work week incentives. The social events will help managers ensure workers know that the company plans to grow and that, within time, the business will return to normal again or even exceed growth hiring more workers.
