This case about the relationship between the manager and team members. Tom parker, who is the manager of the project, he is coordinated with Arctic Mining Consultants programs. There are three employ assistants with the project. Therefore, parker and other team member works on this project they are Talbot, Boyce, and Miller which all of them had previously worked with Parker before and he is trusted them. This project was staking claim of 96 kilometer of the total on Eagle Lake, British Columbia. Therefore, to finish this project require and each one should be able to finish seven and half-length every day which is one length is 457 meters, and they just have seven

Even though parker was manage with Millar harshly more than Boyce, who works less than Millar works. This is creative has feeling of differences and duality with other team member. Although, Millar do has best, but he did not finish the work. Parker was discriminate of team level of empathy and that should be given each one equally. This made Millar so angry from him. Also, parker is not consider the ability of worker, so he used has power to pressure of Millar. That is creating negative attitude on the Millar. At same time this company afforded Millar job again, but he decide do not works with this company again. Although parker told him too, but his feeling of discriminate was stronger than accept the job. Even although he need the job, but he do not comfortable with work parker. However, that seen the manger parker was clear because on the begging parker was encourage the team works and trusted them, but on end that result of the negative feeling on the Millar. In addition, Parker do not consider any scheduled factor that is will change achievement of the work that is a management problem. Parker was should be encourage more and help his team work what they do not know because have many experiences of that. Also, he should keep trusted them and behave all team works at same level of

    In this case study Roger Cahill has been acting as the head of mobile division for less than a year. Currently he is struggling as he faces great difficulties adapting BoldFlash to a changing marketplace. The problem really started a year ago when Mr. Jim Harrison appointed the young Roger Cahill to a VP position. Although Roger has led a research project in his previous work, he is only 24 years old and inexperienced to manage a company at VP level. Positions at those levels require years of strategic leadership and management skills. Nevertheless in the last 12 months, the company focused primarily on the redundant production of customized chips without further research or product development in new and upcoming areas like the storage device.
