PREFACE

Summer training is an essential part of management of study. Programmed classroom study only theoretical knowledge of management, which alone is not sufficient for management students because in future they will have to work with different organizations.

Summer training is arranged for student to provide them practical experience of working in organizations.

As a management student I also had to undergo five to six weeks
Summer training programme. For this purpose, I joined Khetri Copper Complex, Khetri Nagar (Rajasthan), which is an unit of M/s HINDUSTAN COPPER LIMITED.

The purpose of my visit to Hindustan copper limited was to get practical experience of working in an organization and prepare a project report on the aspects of the company. When I discussed various problems of on the company with the officers, I found than the study of has a great potential to prepare a project report. This is how it prompted me to take up project report on management system of the company.
