This is an in class assignment. It requires you to explain how and why the application of the biophysical principles helped in the learning of the skills. Any notes you have taken in the teaching and learning programme are able to be used in this evaluation.

I know this because I do not have to think about everything that I do but I need to practice so that I can automatically do the skill correctly.
I found the last dance “X GON GIVE IT TO YA” the hardest dance to do.It was the fastest dance of them all to do, I had to try really hard to keep in time with it as the move had to be done in time with the beat of the song being so fast, I felt like I couldn’t complete the moves properly before having to move into the next dance move.
The way I improved my dance was that i went home and watched the dance and then I imagined myself doing the dance, then i practiced doing the dance. This method of watching the video worked for me because i could see what i had to do and what it should look like, as I was making very little mistakes i found myself in the associative phase. Although I have confidence in the dance i am at the associative phase of learning because i dont have the confidence in the dance moves. I compare myself to other people in the class, i still watch them to see if i am doing it the right
