It was founded in 2001 and as a part of international IT investment holding company called Vora Ventures group. Vora Ventures was founded by hi-tech industry veteran Mahendra Vora. The portfolio of the organization consists of various companies in software and services and the infrastructure solutions space with more than 2100 people working under them globally. With over more than two decades of foundation, Vora Ventures has an undisputed reputation for its quality, integrity, business savvy speed of execution. Vora Tech Park, Centergrid, Koncert, Talent now, Acquire are some of the examples of the portfolio companies of Vora ventures group.

2.2.1 Vinimaya: Vinimaya is a B2B e-commerce marketplace. It is an e-procurement application which combines patent-pending and intelligent parallel search capabilities, dynamic and wide range of web content access, catalogue management tools, a familiar Business-to-Customer-like shopping experience and actionable intelligence which would help clients deploy a comprehensive “private virtual marketplace” that employees will adopt and use.

2.2.2 Zakta: Zakta provides social intelligence in the organization. Zakta empowers organization solutions curate content and tacit knowledge, for a given context, throughout the widespread business, in a collaborative setting in real time. Zakta is providing mainly three applications – ZResearch, Search Team, and Selfservice. ZResearch is a cloud based collaborative research solution. SearchTeam.com takes individual search a step further by making it coglemorate. It was launched by Zakta in 2011.
