amount of reasons for why she is my hero, so here’s a few. My sister will never have a normal childhood that allows her do whatever she wants and lets her be worry-free, but that doesn’t stop her from living her life to the fullest.
Even with type 1 diabetes, Ashlee lives an active life by playing soccer all year round and also transcends in her school work This is just a complete inspiration to me because she doesn’t let anything stop her. She is my hero because she endures limits day by day and just advances around them and doesn’t let those limitations get in her way. Even though Ashlee tries to be resilient, there are always those times where it is out of her hands and she can’t do anything about the situation. For example, this can affect how she does in school and on her soccer team, and she might be compelled to remove herself from the activity, and miss out on things. Ashlee still is pained when she can’t do something because of her diabetes, and I don’t think anyone could overcome that feeling, but Ashlee has learned to control that anger and contribute her efforts toward better things. My sister has dealt with diabetes for almost her entire life and it has allowed her to grow more as a person, but she isn’t perfect. Ashlee can feel beyond frustrated and tends to have a pettish attitude when she feels embittered, but when she constrains herself, she tries to learn from her mistakes and have a better attitude towards
others. My sister is such an inspiration in so many different ways, in the result of her never giving in to her diabetes. She has shown characteristics like having tolerance, bravery, and courage every day, and knowing that my sister will always be audacious towards this has helped shape me into a better person. I believe that Ashlee is shaped by her family, who has made her the person she is today. This is why I am thankful for my hero, Ashlee Wells.
