For previous generations of employees of Foxconn, almost all jobs have been viewed as equal and noble. Therefore, assembly line work for them in Foxconn is a job of which makes them proud because they can realize the family sense of responsibility and they can support their family members. However, Foxconn 's culture and expectations from younger generation are opposite.
Foxconn's internal tough-guy, macho culture made the migrant workers overwork. And internal militarized model of management and monitoring system make employees have no freedom. In addition, indignity is normal for employees. Therefore, the gap between the ideal and the reality will hinder the realization of self-value of employees, all of those will affect the employees' dignity, because they want to seek a fantastic job which will give them a sense of honor. In conclusion, organization culture is an important part of enterprise, and it will affects the development of enterprise. Despite that China's planned economy system would help enterprises to complete the production, working like mechanized operation is not suitable for the long-term development of the enterprise.
