GOOGLE WITH THEIR STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCES PRATICES

Introduction:
Google Inc… derived from a project on internet, that is a searching tool Larry Page and Sergey Brin, two graduate students at Stanford University. This project developed a technique called BackRub, use the links to estimate the importance of the website. The project was tested the website www.google.com 1997. And the company Google Inc…was formally established in 1998 in a garage, with the first staff recruited is a classmate of Larry and Sergey.
Google is mentioned as one of the Internet companies has the most successful at the staring as well as the growth admirably. In 2003, Google is the preferred searching tool in the world due to the quick and accurate processing of results of searching.
Search tools Google is advocated and used by a lot of peoples because it presents a concise, simple and bring out the results in very accurate and reasonable. By 2004, Google has handled over 80% of all searches on the Internet, search tool of Google become the most powerful and useful on the Internet.
Besides the superior technology is compared to its competitors, Google is
