Introduction

This report will show the knowledge about some aspects of investment. It includes the identifying needs and wants of customers, providing portfolios for investors, explaining the roles of advisers and rights and protections of investors, explaining the information from prestige source to provide investing information for customers, and describing collective investments.

The first part of this report, researcher identifies the needs and wants of investors based on different factors of their life. From that point, they will be provided some portfolios of investment and recommendation which one should they choose.

The second part of this report will be the roles of financial advisers in investments and suggestion how to choose a good adviser. It also includes the rights of investors and which body will protect the in financial market.

The third part is about the explanation of information in prestige sources. From that information, investors will be given the report of analysis the advantages and disadvantages of them. Researcher also will recommend to them to choose the good investments.

1.1 Assess the attitude of individuals to risk when evaluating the suitability of investments
Risk and yield are two sides of the same coin. " The higher the level of expected returns, the greater the risk the investor
