A project manager is the one that takes charge and makes sure everything is going according to the plans. The assessment committee is to make sure that the plan put in place will continue to make improvements and to make sure all the parties concerned with the plan is kept up with the information, then instructs and programs and also any changes that need to be made. Abstracting and coding first of all what is abstract and coding. Abstracting in a health information system is analyzing information about a particular patient and specific instances, coding is the processing patients' data, like treatment and insurance information, code is processing information, in order to assign a code which in turn helps with what they are billed for.
So abstracting and coding is processing information, placing a code number on the information in order to be billed properly. Record tracking and record completion of a health information system are. Record tracking is following any type of reports or record that patients has done and these records need to be followed or tracked in order to reach the department they need to go to for completion or the end of the care or treatment of a patient. All of these procedures need to be directed or sent to the right department or committee for correct billing or processing. These committees are the teams or the workers that take care of all this
