1. Introduction
O2 is the UK’s network and Internet provider brand owned by Telefónica UK Limited. Its aim is to engage people to communicate by providing them a number of advantageous possibilities using technologies. With over 23 million customers O2 has the highest customer satisfaction for any mobile provider according to Ofcom. (http://media.ofcom.org.uk/) O2 defines its mission as to help people leave better:
