Determine the most effective way that project metrics and portfolio management can facilitate IM/ IT governance. Provide specific examples to support your response. 3. Analyze the various types of government intervention into health care business and argue for or against such intervention. Explain your rationale. 4. Cite at least two (2) references from peer-reviewed sources to support your argumentation.
