Scenario
The structure and behaviour of businesses are determined by many factors including their purpose, ownership, shareholders and market environment. Your assignment is to compare two contrasting local businesses and discusses how they are coping with the current economic situation.
You will need to identify two suitable businesses that illustrate some of the relevant factors such as differing ownership types, purpose, structure, etc. You will need to carry out research into each business. This can be through interviewing staff or management of a local business, internet research or any other method of determining the relevant information. Note : This assignment covers Learning Outcome s 1.0 and 3.0
