CHAPTER THREE: Project Management System o Each firm has distinct method of managing a project, example Departmentalise the work by phases of work, like Design Department, Production Department, Implementation Department and Administration Department. While others run their project by categorizing the nature of project like Promotion, Event, Advertisement etc. o Describe how does your company you are trained manage a project?
