Feel the Sandsation
Urban bungee jumping attraction on MBS

Mr. George Tanasijevich, CEO of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd (MBS) launched the Sandsation, an urban bungee jumping attraction, on the top of MBS Hotel this evening, by performing the first jump.
Mr. Tanasijevich said, “We are confident that Sandsation will become one of the most preferred attractions since this is the first urban bungee jumping attraction in Singapore.”
Some famous celebrities were also seen in the launching ceremony.
The Sandsation uses high quality equipment imported from USA that has been certified for its safety by the Building Construction Authority.
The attraction takes place on the top of the hotel with 200 m height and strong enough to hold up to 3 people.
Marina Bay Sands also hired two highly experienced professional bungee jumping instructors for Sandsation.
“I must admit it’s a great experience. The instructors helped a lot by explaining everything clearly before the jump,” Nadia Hutagalung said, after she jumped.
The Sandsation costs SGD 50 per jump and it will be open to public starting tomorrow from 3pm to 12am daily. Jumper should be at least 18-year olds and allowed by the operational staff to jump.
-More-
People who weigh under 40kg are not allowed to do the jump due to the increased risk of possible injuries.
