It is oportunities to reflect on our experience, review situation how we managed and access how we can impove this situation in the future. Each situation have a different outcome positive or negative .That helps us in the future to make the right decisions in a particular situation and allows us to learn from our mistakes.

Reflective practise is important becouse it will help us to learn from past what go well and what didn’t .We now what we need to improve, which information need to be search. Reflect how we did, how you could do when this situation happened again. Everyone experience is helpful knowledge for new staff .It will help develop and impove in own work place.
