Suppose you were a manager for a steel production company and you noticed a declining trend in production in your organisation, discuss how you would address this problem using teams, group decision making, and creating a motivated workforce.

Explain why individuals and organisations can resist change. Discuss how knowledge of conflict and organizational politics can enable you to become a successful leader in your organisation.

Being a consultant for the Ministry of Home Affairs, propose a change programme for the Department of Immigration identifying processes, functions, structures and systems that need to be improved to achieve high levels of service delivery.
Assignment 2
Being a consultant hired by the local authority in your area, apply the Action Research model to solve the problem of poor sanitation in your townships.
