This is a role that will stretch you and bring out your best qualities as you support the Branch Manager. Acting as a role model for your team, you will lead by example and make sure all staff receives a full induction and ongoing development. You must plan and deliver staff rotas and ensure payroll is processed properly. Replenishment and deliveries will be your responsibility and you must ensure that window schemes, visual merchandising props and internal displays are maintained to a high standard.
