Assisted Living In A Nursing Home

Assisted living is designed to assist the residents who are able to take care of themselves with a minimum amount of assistance. The design and setup are not the same as a nursing home, who patients need more care. In most cases much different need for care for the residents seems to go unnoticed by caretakers and staff members. The residents were left without any type of dignity not being treated well or, their environment situation not safe and secure adequate staff to assist with daily living. They were left to wonder in an unsafe condition and each time an incident occurred the company owner just chucked it up as human error, which is ok but he said nothing about how he would fix the problem so that it would not happen again.
