Issue Identification:
Firstly, lets examine the positives, both these college graduates landed a good first job straight out of college and a job that they enjoy as it is a small organization, allowing them to take full advantage when it comes to learning the tools and trades in being a good salesperson.

One solution would be to create an employee of the month like at other organizations. It is a good way to boost the moral of an employee who might need some motivation to see the positives even though it maybe quite hard personally and economically. A consequence of an employee of the month strategy would be that it would create competition, which may not be healthy for an organization that is quite small and tightly knit. However, in adverse times a little competition might not be bad because it will encourage the sales staff to be
