Establishing public meeting in areas where low income residents who normally do not attend meets would be able to come because it is held in their neighborhood. Invite researchers to speak to the people in laymen terms therefore, they would have an understanding of how the new technology would benefit them or their family members. Presenting the public with valuable information on what is available to help one live a normal or close to normal as possible are some areas that can be tweeted.
