Athlete’s Warehouse have great opportunities in firstly, attract target age group. Statistics have shown that they can capture their target market on both their desired location. Second, is to provide knowledgeable customer service. Their extensive knowledge of the products, in addition of great customer service can secure a strong following by word of mouth. Third, customer looking for quality products. On top of providing excellent customer service, primarily selling quality products is the company’s opportunity for a niche market. As for threats, the first and main threat is clearly the local competition, multiple competition at that. Second, is dated technology. Athlete Warehouse inability to commit and comply with current check methods such as capable COD machines will disconnect them with big brands. Without big brands partnership, customer will go to alternate stores that offers signature products. Third and very seriously threat is their low financial funding.
