There are many symptoms of ADHD which tell you if someone’s child has ADHD or not. Dr. Hallowell said “It is characterized by distractibility, impulsivity and restlessness or hyperactivity” in a child. But with finding out if a child has ADHD; the person should be also prepared to seek treatment immediately. The main symptom of ADHD is difficulty paying attention. The brains of these children “are constantly working too fast to process multiple normal tasks” (Dr. Oz). The children end up making “careless mistakes… [and they] produce work that is messy and careless”. The children get very easily distracted with little noises that are made in the classroom. They often get distracted by other students. Basically, children with ADHD get distracted by things “that are usually ignored by others”. ADHD children have a very hard time paying attention at work given by the teacher or activities they have to perform. ADHD makes them loose their concentration which makes it difficult for them to finish their schoolwork. The children are disorganized and “forget to do daily activities” like: bringing their lunch, remembering appointments, forgetting to bring their binder to class. Children try to talk back to adults when they are being asked questions or ignore elders so they do not have to communicate with them. Furthermore, in the classroom, children with ADHD will try to be the clown of the classroom but when they have to speak in front of the class they will be the quietest. The best treatment for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is medication and natural treatment. The treatment which I focused more on was natural treatment. I choose this treatment because it is more helpful and better than prescribed
