Purpose: To argue.
Specific Purpose: To argue that it is discriminatory to smoker’s to not be allowed to smoke outside even when safeguards can be taken to ensure than no non-smoker is exposed to second-hand smoke.
Preview: I will show both that we have a natural right to smoke based on the philosophy that this county was founded on as well as present logical and scientific evidence that shows that people who choose to indulge in smoking can do so without endangering anyone.
