I Parte: Esquema Básico
1. Hechos relevantes o importantes. Aussie Pooch Mobile (APM) había sido fundada en 1991 por Christine Taylor. APM está ubicada en Burpengary, Queensland al norte de Brisbane, Australia. A los 16 años Chris dejó la escuela e inició su propio negocio de aseo de perros con una bañera en la cochera familiar. Tiempo después, Taylor compra su propio automóvil y decidió llevar el servicio a los clientes. Los nuevos franquiciatarios de APM eran reclutados a través de anuncios en los diarios y también por medio de la comunicación de boca en boca.
