PASSPORT
The visa is linked to the passport number that the visa holder provided in their application. If the visa holder obtains a new passport after receiving this letter, they will need to visit their nearest
Immigration office overseas to advice of their new passport details.
Please note: If visa holders do not provide us with the details of any new passport issued to them, they may experience significant delays at the airport and may be denied permission to board their plane.
VISA INFORMATION
The decision to grant the visas has been made on the basis of the information provided in the applications and according to the requirements of the Migration Act 1958 and regulations in force at the time the applications were lodged.

The following conditions have been attached to the Sponsored Family Visitor visas:
8101 Your Sponsored visitor must not work in Australia.
8201 While in Australia the Sponsored visitor must not engage, for more than 3 months, in any studies or training.
8205 If your Sponsored visitor intends to study for longer than 4 weeks, your Sponsored visitor is required to pass a chest x-ray examination before they are able to commence study.
