External power:
Men such as Hitler, Stalin, Paul Pot, and Attila the Hun, are extreme examples of leadership by force. The very same power, that motivated these minds of ego to pursue their goals with absolute conviction, is the very same power that is operating the unconscious structures of the Egoic business models. The only difference is that of degree. Small groups lead by external power, reform into companies lead by external power, which reform into industries lead by external power, which reform into regimes lead by external power, which reform into governments lead by external power, which reform over and over until they disintegrate from within, and reveal the very deceit they are …show more content…
unconsciously attempting to cover up. This is inevitable, for the source of light and life is within the consciousness of being. A mind identified person lives from the outside in, which severs the tie to the source, which is the being of light that lives from the inside out. The true you.
The light can no longer flow through the mind identified individual fully, therefore, external power is viewed by the mind as salvation. “To find the light again.” It never finds it, because it looks for it on the surface of “THINGS.” The structure, therefore, must die regardless. Imagine, if physical objects were indestructible; the outer world would be even more out of balance. The flow of forms, in their construction and deconstruction, is the very flow of nature that provides perfection and harmony for the reformation of physical forms to continue to take place. (If things did not end, they could never be able to begin again). However, when the unconscious mind reverses the cycle and witnesses the forms themselves as “TRUTH,” the life force within the objects is made unaware of itself, leaving the ego and mind to take over. Allow the following story of Gary, Ivan, and Donald, to show you the inevitable return of Karmic law during unconscious behavior within business’.
(Here lay the underlining error in human mind identified business)
Gary runs a water testing company, that specializes in the installation of water purification systems, industrial water pumps, and well repairing.
He is the role of BOSS. The brother of Gary is named Ivan. The company has been run, primarily by the two brothers’, for over twenty years. However, Gary often attempts to hire a new employee to help with the hard-manual labor requirements of the job. Gary and Ivan, are in their late fifties, but the differences in the two-brother’s behavior, once again display the two polarities of the mind dominated unconscious ego. Gary falls under the behavior of, “Let me show them how good I am,” while Ivan is discouraged, and under the Egoic patterns of, “I am not good enough.” Gary desires to hire a younger man with physical strength, to aid in the installation of the water pumps. Also, to help Ivan physically. Thankfully, Gary’s Daughter knows a young man named Donald, who is believed to be the man for the job. Ivan is the ticketed installer for the water pumps and is also licensed for the operation of the work trucks crane, and pulley systems. Donald is the
muscles.
Gary is a very angry man, and since he is under the illusion of “being the best,” will lash out at Ivan for not working at a rate seen fit by his ego. Gary thought he saw how everything was supposed to be done, and if Ivan did not perform at a level seen practical by the ego and beliefs of Gary, verbal abuse would be expressed radically. Gary, was unaware, that by believing in “the right way,” and condemning anything outside of that belief as logically being “the wrong way,” was indeed the root of all his anger and resentment towards his brother. The ego saw the situations as, (Ivan being the problem).
The ego sees physical reality as something in front of itself, therefore, acts in response to anything behaving outside of its comfort level and perceived REALITY as “WRONG.” It does this, to keeps its mental position alive. It believes in a mentally formed image of “RIGHT,” therefore anything outside of that thought pattern must be WRONG. Ivan, had his own series of thoughts and beliefs that were opposite of Gary’s. Ivan, being too afraid of his own brother’s rage, Egoically insecure with himself from the abuse he receives, understood, “I am not good enough but Gary is the problem.”
Neither men were right, and neither of them was wrong either. Both men, are unaware of who they are. During the winter months, Gary hired Donald to aid in the labor tasks within the company. Donald was coming out of a job that he did not enjoy, and he thought that working at a small company, would be a refreshing new beginning. He believed he found a location, where he could finally be comfortable with working a job. Donald was also under the Egoic patterns of, “Let me show them how good I am.” Donald had anger inside him as well, although his abuse was verbally expressed towards his Mother. Donald and Gary, were similar in the Egoic playing field, which is why the universe attracted these men together. The universe is always attracting lessons into your life situations, and Donald was given an opportunity from Gary to work at the company. Little did Donald know, during his time with Gary, that the universe was giving him an opportunity to witness the effects of anger as well. (SURFACE LOSS AND INNER GAIN). Or: “To become aware of his own anger, in Gary’s reflection.”
During the time of Donald’s employment, he witnessed the blind rage stored inside Gary, that would be unleashed towards Ivan whenever a situation that he found unsatisfactory would arise. Donald was a hard worker in terms of physical effort but required clear and patient guidance in the intricate aspects of the pumps installation and maintenance. Gary, spending so much time learning the intellectual factors of his business, became quickly frustrated when other people did not learn the details as quickly as he believed they could be learned. Gary’s ego had very high expectations of Ivan and Donald, and this arrogance became frustrating to the two employees. From this unneeded pressure, Gary was not liked by his own brother. The men who worked for him wondered why he was not respectful to them.
They were trying their best after all. Donald did not understand why he was not receiving leadership by consent. Although Donald had anger inside of him, he was aware of its destructive effects, desiring to discontinue its practice. Donald knew how to lead by consent, and he was never rushed in completing a job. He cared about the safety of Ivan when they worked on contracts together, while Gary would call frequently to demand progress reports. Gary cared only for production. In other words: “GET THE JOB DONE, NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES.” Injuries would ensue for Donald because of this abrasive and controlling behavior of the ego. Gary did not think he was the problem, believing his anger to be completely justifiable. The very thought of apologizing for his behavior was threatening to his pride.
After only a few months, Donald, although needing the money, and in debt to the creditors and to his Mother, made a very prompt decision to leave the employment of Gary. Although Donald was still unconscious in certain areas of his awareness; he was conscious enough to see that he had two choices to make. “I can stay here, and deal with all this drama for money, and continue to feel stressed; I can work part time on the weekends, building internet income. Additionally, I can leave, find another job that pays less, accept the financial sacrifice, and spend more of my time working online.” Thought Donald during his last work day with Gary. Donald knew the interweb was full of opportunity.
He was in his twenties, and fully capable of running an online source of income and sharing. He had some spiritual progress to make, but he knew that the (7am-5pm with overtime) lifestyle, was not for him. Donald valued life and going from job to job, 40 to 50-hour work weeks, again and again, brought him to a very bold decision to walk away from Gary and never work a job again. As Donald began to witness the abuse from Gary’s ego towards Ivan, seeping over towards him; He became inspired to say nothing to Gary, get in his truck, and drive home. He quit his job in silence. Ivan called Donald and was concerned about the lack of physical help if he were to leave. Donald was very helpful to Ivan, offering thoughts and guidance to develop his confidence. Also, to share the emotional troubles derived from Gary’s control problem, and primarily the physical assistance Donald’s strong young body provided him. Ivan, has arthritis, and Donald was very helpful with lifting objects that Ivan struggled physically to lift.
The egos of these three men brought the destruction of the relationship. Gary saw Ivan and Donald as labels on a balance sheet. He saw them as pawns on his chessboard, replaceable, but needed for his own personal agenda. Gary liked the “thought” of helping people, but not if money was in between that decision. In other words, the ego enjoyed the self-image of being someone who helps others’, but not even willing to know what that truly means, or how to do it authentically. He helped nobody but himself, while under the illusion of thinking he was helpful. Was this behavior, expressed by the inner perfection of that which is the true Gary? No, the true Gary is a very wonderful being, which is to say, the source that is aware of itself not being (Gary), but the essence of truth that is in the body of Gary for this lifetime. You could also say: The formless being, only in a temporary form named “Gary,” in the earth reality. Was this behavior expressed by the unconscious mind identified role, in which the five-sensory version of Gary perceived to be himself? As well as, the diluted mental perception of this to be the truth of the business world, and how his life was supposed to be incorporated within its limitations? Yes.
Let this true experience, aid you into witnessing the inevitable destruction of the pyramid structure of businesses dominated by external power, mental resistance, fear of competition, and leadership by force. Although followers may be lead by force for a time, they will not follow leadership by force for long. They will eventually wake up to their inner purpose and simply leave by will. Ultimately, thus leaving the ego in charge, to be stripped of his or her mental position, delegated back to the rank of follower, and forced to relive the same patterns in another form or role. However, upon the appearance of surface loss, being can be made aware of itself, surrendering to leadership by consent. The loss can be understood as authentic power, and the faith in a new direction can be transmuted into the business of the human being. Let Ivan be a guide to our next point, which is the point that speaks to employees who also lead by force. Let us begin, to bring awareness to...
