    When we talk about the salmon in the Australia, we can associate with one brand of the salmon goods that is the Tassal. The Tassal Group Limited as a top three global fish farming company (Tassal Group, 2013), each year they satisfied the demand of the salmon goods not only in the Australia but also around the world. What is more the Tassal Group has the whole production chain about the salmon goods; the biological assets account a vital stage in the whole company’s assets. Start from hatching, the feed the small fish in the special environment and then put the back to the farm at the Tasmania. Then the farming of the salmon, all the farms of the Tassal are in the pristine ocean, less pollution and less forage. When the salmon are arrived at the level that can put in processing, they have the own factory to produce. After all the ‘prepare steps’ are finished the key activities of the whole is the sales. They classified the sales in three areas: the retail sales, the wholesales and the export. In the 2013, the domestic sales is increased and the revenue compare with the 2012 growth 15.9%, but the sales to the export market were only $0.745 million compare 2012 reduce 95% (Mark and Andrew, 2013). We can know that the company own a high percentage of the salmon market in the Australia and also they focus on the marketing of the Atlantic salmon.…
