Preface
Welcome to period 4 – this time in English.
You started this year as a designer of a turnaround process. In the second period you worked as an advisor for KLM regarding their network planning. During the third project you were a planner, planning the capacity of the luggage system at Schiphol.
In the next seven weeks you will be working on the catchment area of three London airports. The airports concerned are Heathrow, Stansted and City airport. As they are all within a radius of 100 km from each other, how do they generate revenues? What are their strategies? How do they negotiate with the different airlines and the different suppliers?
In this project book you will find the requirements and expectations for the project. You will find the related lectures and literature on DLWO. There is also the possibility to travel to London this period.
Enjoy this last period as a negotiator!
