Question 2 d: Physical appearance seems to be clean, skin appears to have increased sebaceous glands present causing mild acne, all 24 teeth appear to be white and in good condition with no cavities, and hair appears to be clean and styled.

Question 3 k: Extended family members including in Andrew’s life according to Melissa included both maturnal and paternal grandpa and grandma, maturnal and paternal aunts and uncles, and numerious cusins.
Question 4 a: Based on the things I have observed during this interview with Andrew and his mother Melissa, I feel that Erikson’s theory of initiative vs. guilt should be applied in this case. Andrew explores new things with curiosity however appears to feel guilt when attempting something new. He also has a curiousity of exploring new things.
Question 4 b: At this point I believe Freud’s theroy latency applies here because Andrew is just at that age where he is beging to mature so sexual urges are laying dormat. At this point he appears to be stable, relatively calm moods but with the beginning signs of puberty present.
Question 4 c: I believe that Andrew is in the formal operational stage of Piaget’s theroy, according to his mom Melissa he is beging to think about the outcomes of his actions before he acts. When he begins to solve a problem he thinks about the problem throughly and evaluates all the possibilities. He has also begun to apply logic more effectively to ideas he
